How is hypnotherapy different from other forms of therapy & what to expect in our time together? 

Through Hypnotherapy, I gently guide you deep within yourself. Relaxing the physical body, and quieting the busy conscious mind, so the subconscious mind can focus within. This is achieved through relaxation techniques, specific wording, tone of voice and sometimes visualization techniques. Very much like a guided meditation, however the focus is deeper. I do not give you answers or tell you what to do. I believe that we all have our own answers deep within ourselves. Nobody can tell you what is right and true for you. I like to keep the focus forward. In just a few sessions, you will begin to notice life changes.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, mindful and holistic modality that can help in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to; stress management, self discovery, motivation, inspiration, releasing blocks, achieving goals, personal or spiritual direction, Life purpose ….. The benefits are virtually endless.

Hypnotherapy is contraindicated for those with a diagnosis of Schizophrenia.
